Tricia Crocker is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with broad experience in exhibits and meetings management. As Vice President of Business Development, she coordinates exhibit and sponsorship sales, provides onsite exhibit management, and serves as the primary point of contact for a wide range of exhibitors representing a mix of service and Association providers. This includes government agencies, non-profit organizations, commercial and consumer product providers, and professional development associations. She works with numerous high-profile organizations, including IASA (Insurance Accounting and Systems Association), TSW (Technology Services World) and PLM World, which is the voice of SiemensPLM software users worldwide.
Additionally, she is extremely dedicated to ensuring that the annual National Education Association Convention (the largest education meeting in America) runs smoothly, and that the 15,000 attendees (representing over 3 million members) are provided with the best show and experience possible.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Crocker managed exhibit space, sponsorships, program advertising sales, and registration for the Annual Meeting of the Ecological Society of America (ESA). She coordinated logistics for regional conferences and the ESA Governing Board meetings. Also of note, she implemented the active exhibit program for the National Cancer Institute’s Office of Communications, involving up to 12 professional meetings annually.
Ms. Crocker graduated with honors from Wellesley College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She holds the Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) designation from IAEE (the International Association of Exhibitions and Events) and has earned a professional certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University. She is also an active member of PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association).
Ms. Davis has worked with ExpoPlus for two years in a variety of areas, including Office Administration, Payroll, and Human Resources. Her work involves bringing a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to maintaining valuable relationships and organization both inside the office as well as with clients. Her former work includes volunteer and administrative work with CitiImpact, The People Concern, and School on Wheels.
Aleigh Davis has a strong eye for detail and process. Her focus is to bring the first-class service to NEA exhibitors by streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring exhibitors take advantage of discounts, hotel and travel opportunities offered by the NEA. Ms.Davis works from the initial reservation form to the post show survey and everything in-between. She handles each and every client with white gloves..
Jeanine Goforth is a detail-oriented professional operating under the firm belief that the clients are the primary focus of every event. As the Sales Manager for CEPI, she greets each day knowing that maintaining positive face-to-face interactions, building strong relationships and rapport, and staying abreast of numerous minute details are all necessary to conduct a well-oiled show. She enjoys being a point person and is dedicated to a strong business model, one that takes advantage of all metrics available and delivers ROI to ensure that each exhibitor is aware that CEPI is a results-oriented team that is available to handle their needs.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Goforth held a position for 13 years with Emerald Expositions (then Nielsen Business Media) as an integral part of the Sales team. She received the President’s Circle Sales Award for her outstanding work there.
Mrs. Goforth attended Catawba College and has extensive hands-on experience in exhibit space sales, onsite floor managing, and working seamlessly alongside Operations teams to produce the best quality shows possible.
Kevin Spencer is a successful business development strategist with decades of executive experience. As Chief Strategy Officer, he focuses on developing innovative and disruptive event strategies through multiple distribution channels, aiming to provide fully integrated and vertical solutions for event managers and associations.
Mr. Spencer has a solid reputation for driving organizational growth and revenue generation, and is passionate about strategic development. He specializes in identifying, negotiating, and executing valuable relationships with industry leaders. He is also recognized for his extensive capacity to build national brand loyalty through progressive business development and strategic partnerships.
Additionally, his expansive background in the healthcare and insurance fields, a record of launching partnerships with high profile entities (New York Life, GE Healthcare, and the American Medical Association) paired with his various leadership roles makes him an extremely qualified and well-rounded professional.

He is an active Planning Commissioner for the City of Lone Tree, Colorado, an active member of PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association) and an active member and former Director of the Southeast chapter of the IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events).
